Direct Photographic are pleased to announce that the new Apple iPad 2 is now available to rent from our camera department.

This piece of kit can be a real benefit when shooting to Capture One Pro. The Direct Photographic iPad 2 arrives pre-installed with Phase One’s Capture Pilot ‘app’, which will allow any member of your team to wirelessly view, magnify, flag or colour tag images for reference, without interrupting with the photographer or the shoot. The photographer can also use Capture Pilot wirelessly to control other makes of camera (Canon, Nikon etc.) whilst being synched to a “main” computer laptop or tower. Settings such as ISO, aperture and shutter speed can all be managed from the iPad 2 and the shots can be previewed live whilst making these adjustments.
